The SYNAPSE-MG clinical study is evaluating an investigational oral treatment for adults living with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). Participants may continue their current MG medications during the study, and travel reimbursement or compensation may be available for eligible participants.

ADAPT Forward Study

The ADAPT Forward Study is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of multiple treatment approaches for people living with myasthenia gravis. Adults with MG may be eligible to participate if they meet the study requirements.
PROPEL Study

The PROPEL Study is evaluating an investigational weekly injectable therapy (IMVT-1402) for adults with generalized myasthenia gravis. Eligible participants will continue taking their current MG medications while participating in the study.
LaGrippe Research Study
LaGrippe Research is conducting interview-based healthcare research for adults living with myasthenia gravis and family caregivers. This is a market research study—not a clinical trial—and no medications or treatments are involved. Eligible participants receive compensation for their time.
